Ring pulls are amazing things. Last year some relatives of mine collected enough to take overseas to be made into a prosthetic leg for a teenager who lost their leg to a land mine. This August they're travelling again.

If anybody can help me gather together more of these it'd be great. The cans are useless - the tabs are made of another alloy, apparently. Should you get a lot of them juice or milk bottles are a great way of gathering them together. If you are able to contribute some and are in Adelaide I will arrange to collect them from you so that they can be taken over to be part of another prosthetic limb. If you live further away and can mail them to me before August that would be really wonderful. If you do not have my address I can give you one, but I will only provide it through a private message or email.
