
Whats-in-the-fridge con carne. Something I make from time to time for dinner. Fossick through the fridge and pantry, pile stuff up on the bench, decide what seems like a good idea and cook it all up. Top with cheese and parsley... when living in Scotland I made this quite a bit as it keeps very well and you can make a few dinners at once. Also it's tasty and inexpensive.
