Some little birds I made a while ago. I found the pattern on a website, but I don't remember which. Must make more of these, they're good for experimenting with and practicing techniques, particularly sewing a basic gusset, something I am slowly getting the hang of. The one on the left isn't particularly brilliant but that was my first attempt... I like the middle one best so far. The one on the right flatly refuses to do anything but fall on its beak. Might be worth trying to use pellets like those in beanie bears to make them sit up better.

This blog is turning out craftier than I expected. And I'm quite proud that I've reached two weeks without missing a day. (Posting just after midnight totally doesn't count as missing a day...)
