Our lemon tree hasn't produced much by way of fruit in the last few years but this year is looking very good indeed. There are half a dozen decent sized green lemons on the tree and a few more developing too. I'm informed that I'll have to wait for the weather to warm up before they ripen, which is a pity as the cold I've got could use an assault by all of that home-grown vitamin C. They will, however, make lovely lemon puddings some day...
